Junk Mail from MyISP

How can we stop the annoying junk mail from this site?

If i wanted to rent a server i would go search the net, i wouldn't rent from some place that over loads their network so during peak time all servers have lag spikes.

I wouldn't be one bit surprised if they sell our email addys.

If you have problems with someones email, why don't you just block their address?? You can do that, you know...
