Battlefield 2142 Stats Site Launched

For all those looking for a place besides the BFHQ to check out your BF2142 player stats, a new site has recently launched. The guys over at 2142-stats.com (http://www.2142-stats.com/) have this to say about the site:

With the launch of the new Battlefield, we have launched the new stats site which will get your stats from the EA servers. Please be advised that some people wanted to get everything as quick as possible so there might be one or the other option which is not working yet. The problem isn't with the websites, the problem is that EA / Gamespy don't feel like fixing the "problems" to let other people get access to the data. Why should EA let this data out? Instead, they'll force you to go to their website (and view their ads) to see your data out-of-game.

Never mind that the outside vendors do a much much better job giving you stats and whatnot.

2142-stats.com (http://www.2142-stats.com) can update now over 40.000 players every day.
But there are no 40.000 players yet.

We are now giving every User the oportunity to update their stats at 2142-stats.com

There are two Methods:

1. Search a player (top left) and than click on the "Add" button.
This puts a player into a Queue which will be updated quite soon.
After the update the player will be removed from the Queue, however you can repeat this Step and your player will be in the Queue again.

2. Register, Login, Add your Soldier in your Control Panel.
Your Soldier is now permanently added to the Queue and will be updated every time.

You can also participate in your Region Ranking.
After the registration you will have the oportunity to use all our Features such as; creating your own Signature, participate as a User on our Forums and including your own Playerlist into your own Webpage.

If your Soldier reaches the Queue position 0, he will be updated.
How quick you move towards position 0 depends on the players we are hoding in our Database and how quick the update script is running.

We try to provide a service to Battlefield 2142 players which is reliable, accurate and helpful.

n... arent u the guy who replied to my post that the popups didnt contain trojans? anyway, i like your site very much. thx for the gd work. except for the super duper irritating popup ads appearing on every refresh, its gd.

200 Stats a day is very old now.
We can update now over 40000 players a day. Yesterday we had a new record with 38460 updates.

You can disable the popups for 3 hours. Wait 7 seconds and then click on X of the popup.
The name popup is wrong. They are layer ads. :)

Yep most of the ads make people not want to use the site. I would suggest using only adsense, custom paid ads through openads or yahoo ads and that's it. As the ads are a big site killer. No one likes popup ads.
