1.wait till it lands to get out, if its close to ground stay in
2.you can control the pod instantly so steer away from airship in case of crash or tank round
3 if you eject do it high up, if the pilot is starting to land stay in
4. if you spawn in empty airship... leave it there somebody put it there for a reason(spawn point)
if you are a pilot be predictable, slow near silos steady the ship for pod jumpers then land
never jump out of pilots seat without a "bail out now"
If you can't fly good, practice alone.

Depends on the LZ.
As a pilot, I look to see if the LZ is hot. If it is, I hover high above it and spam Bail Out orders until I'm empty.
If it's clean, then I land so it will be easier to pick everyone up again.
I wish there were more ways to get pilot points.

Also, please note that during sharp turns, if someone bails out of the chopper, chances are, they won't go into an assault pod, but rather, they'll be "teamkilled". This has happened to me so many times, both as pilot and bailer.
Just add: Fly straight during pod drops if you are a driver, and don't bail if the pilot is turning

Exactly what I do :) . You can also be a flying spawn point since all apc's and flying transports controlled by your team will appear as a white spawn point on the map. If people start spawning on you over a capture point you can either sit there and let them bail out but be prepared to either gain altitude or dodge quickly away from the enemy gunships and also be aware of the AA on both ground sites or on the enemy titan.

Ah, thanks! I was wondering what triggered that. Can you believe people have punished me for that? I think they just enjoy ruining peoples' days.
