Which do you guys prefer, EU or PAC?

Just wondering which factions you guys have been leanin' towards, now that we've had a few days to play them and get some of the unlocks.

Personally, I prefer the PAC right now because I like their uniforms better, most of the weapons better (Support [Shuko] and Engineer [Vudnik] in particular), and I like most of their vehicles better, for cosmetic and operative reasons.

What about you guys?

you know, it's funny...and I may be the only one like this. But for some reason I have been unknowingly playing on servers that don't have autobalance on or something and I've only played PAC a couple of times.

I'm too lazy to notice what team I'm on, and I never switch from EU. I guess I need to switch over and play PAC more often to see what I prefer.

I Prefer EU when I am playing as sniper-recon, I prefer their sniper rifle the scope has a larger field of view and the report is slightly less i think.

I like EU for the guns but i love the PAC for the hover tank, the hover tank is probably my favourite vehicle in the game.

EU, I can understand what the guys are saying. Turning on all english isn't a wise idea because it helps you key on enemy soldiers easier.

I'm Russian, so I don't mind being on PAC, I can tell what they are saying. Of course, being on EU is fine too. I guess I don't care what team I'm on, as long as they don't suck.

i love the hovertank so PAC all the way.
BTW did you notice that most of the conquest maps PAC always attacks.

i like the pac side.

a) love the krylov over the scar for assault
b) i like the splash damage from the main guns on the pac mechs
c) who doesn't love strafing in a tank? =)

edit: oh and i use all english voice overs. i know it kinda screws me on knowing who is around me from audio cues, but i just don't feel like putting in the time to learn the phrases and i don't have time to read the text in the heat of battle. i always did the same for bf2 too. i dunno.

EU all the Way! I think it mainly started beacuse im British, and i love palying for my own country. Whenever i do play as the PAC i feel bad! :p but generally i prefer knowing what they're saying, i like the weapons, i like the Lion logo on the helmets. And also i found that like 8/10 the EU win Titan maps!

Before i got the Voss and Clark Shotgun i prefered PAC because of their default weapons but now i'm really not bothered. I do very much enjoy the Nekomata, its fun to drive and shoot things with xD. Really though, not terribly bothered.

I don't know anything about this PAC or EU you speak of? All I know is sometimes Im Green or Im Brown,....then I get confused on the mini-map because Im Blue and the other team is red? So Im Green and Blue or brown and Blue..........this game would be near impossible if I was color blind.....

I have a friend that is color blind and he is a good BF2 player, but he's struggling because both sides look so much alike.

I never go by the color of the names just the uniforms You gota look for particular aspects that are unique to each side For instance you can pretty much count on most people wearing heavy armor so if you are on the PAC side you gota look for soldiers with larger brighter shoulder pads since the PAC dont have those

I play on the team that I spawn on and only switch if there's room to be with my buddies. Overall however I have to say that I like the hover tank better so I would lean in that direction.

I don't think they teams in 2142 are as distinctive as they were in BF2 so I don't really care which side I'm on. At least in BF2 I knew I didn't like being PLA, and loved MEC. Here, they seem the same and I just use the unlocks.

I started making a list of what I liked from each side but soon discovered that most of my favorites are EU-based. The only exception is the PAC transport jeep, which I absolutely love.

I'm also torn because I love both walkers for different reasons.

Nothing practical - I just prefer the PAC jeep sounds and physical design.

I prefer being PAC, as you can easily spot the orange on the EU. Also because most nubs go EU as they are english and so as PAC you mostly get higher player standards

It doesn't matter to me, really. I use my unlocks (Pilum, Clark) so the stock weapons aren't an issue. I also use English only VO, so the language isn't a prob either.

The only possible exception would be the PAC hover tank. I hate that thing.

I play EU if I have a choice. Just fighting for my roots (german). If there's autobalance, and there usually is, I'll play PAC and it wont bother me as much. But if say PAC is out numbering the EU i will most definatly swap.
