what is a titan drop?!

I want to know what a Titan drop is.
I know it's not a transport heil award, it is from the titan.
So, WTF is it?

I would like to know the answer as well. From what little information i have been able to gather, it has something to do with either jumping off the titan after the core is gone, or using the pods to jump onto the enemy titan. However i havent been awarded for either so i dont know.

I wish they would reword some of those award requirements, several are just incredibly unclear.

i dont know really but id suspect its either being the driver in an APC/Dropship and letting people drop onto the enemy titan from you.

I suspect that whatever it refers to is unimplemented.

Go to the leaderboard in BFHQ and check out people's statistics. There is one for 'Titan Drops'. Try to find someone who has any - I couldn't - not amongst the top players or down with the plebs like me.

From what I know it's not:

-Podding from one titan to another. Did that around 20 times few matches ago, didn't work.
-Podding from titan to ground.
-Jumping off titan when destroyed.
-Using APC to pod onto titan.
-Letting other people pod onto titan from your apc.

So basically all I can think about now is getting in a transport heli and letting people spawn on me 10 times.... IDK really.

Another thing that's unclear: shotgun pin: 10 kills with shotgun. Does that include the under-barrel attachment shotgun, or just the clark? If so, it would be a bit unfair;)

It's piloting a transport heli and people spawning on the heli, then JUMPING onto the Titan. Doesn't work if the heli is landed. 10 drops for the Troop Transport pin. Plus, for every one who jumps, you get a team work pt. :D

Pilot a transport over the back of an enemy titan and have everyone bail out. Each person that drops onto the titan from the transport you are flying counts as one "Titan air drop".

Ok everyone, it's called the SEARCH function. Try using it once in a while. I answered this twice yesterday myself, and now I see it's been asked/answered multiple times today already :roll:

so it has to be in the air? seems like you'd have to worry about the titan aa guns if you're high enough for people to pod out.
