Want the Veteran Knife badge?

If you're after a knife badge then the best way to do it is to get the invisibility unlock. another tip would be to simply keep your stamina full when you go for a knife and simply keep at it and dont switch to a weapon after a few failures, your main advantage in this situation is the amount your victim will be panicking!

I was kicked more than once for knifing an admin whilst trying to get my badge, isn't there a way of reporting this to EA? I'm sure they'd question how "trusted" the clan is.

I played on a clan server where three clan members absolutely raped us with knife kills as we tried to destory their Titan. With only knives they absolutely destroyed any attempt we made to even leave the cargo bay. Three guys with knives made us loose the game so, if done correctly, knives can help the team.

Option one: You knife him, except for the death scream no sound is heard, and you continue to kill his buddies below.
Option two: You blast his sorry *** to hell, emptying three shotgun magazines, sending muzzle flashes all over the room, alerting any soldier with half a brain, and get killed after about three seconds.

Now which one would you choose?:p

I don't 100% agree here. Defending the titan with AP mines and a knife is very useful. I have my expert knife now, but I would go gold easily with my claymores and a knife. The key is to know where to hide and to have the double sprint. Also turn off body armor your sprint will last longer.

Too bad you don't get those green highly distinguished combat badges when you knife. Though those collectors badges are pretty nifty !

I've gotten a green distinguished combat badge while i was goin for my silver knife badge

A real regular hero, eh? Knifing ppl when they spawn. Must be uber-cool. Gotta try that next time.

And on a more nicer note: Titan is a good place to knife. Especially when the enemy is in your core. Enemy usually is massed on the entrance or hiding in the same places inside the core. You just jump in the middle of the soup and start creating panic.

Rubbish, light armour is by far the best thing, if you use invisiblity to get to them you might as well rdx them, more satisfying

Tip : If you find an enemy spawn beacon, whether it be on a roof (preffered) or hidden somewhere, you mide as well give yourself atleast 3 easy knife kills. Chances are, they will be caught off guard after landing. They may wisen up to this, but you'll have the jump on them.

Your team sucked, no offense. If you see 3 people running at you with knives just run backwards and shoot. Its not that hard and its extremely stupid if this makes you lose a game.

It is near impossible to knife a person moving horizontally. If you strafe and shoot intellgently, they die. People who run straight backwards can get into danger because if they panic and screw up their aiming, the knifer simply needs to sprint foreward and knife for a very easy kill.

No, i actually have done that once. I chased a guy off the titan, opened my parachute right next to him. He kinda stared at me, then recieved a knife in the face. :laugh:
