question about badges/ribbons

for the squad leader badges, one of the requirements is 10, 20, and 30 squad leader spawn beacon spawns. is that your spawns for the round or your squads total combined spawns for the round?

and for the soldier merit ribbon, it requires 20 kills ioR and a 10 best kill streak. i have gotten AT LEAST a ten kill streak, and thats 100% true because i have several distinguished combat efficiency pins. and i always get 20+ kills. so why dont i have the ribbon?

Only spawn beacon counts. That ribbon is buggy.

The total amount of time your squad member spawn on your spawn beacon.

the "10 best kill streak" is having the best kill streak of the round out of everyone in that server ten times.

Raptor how would you know if you had since I've gotten best kit and best weapon multiple times but it still hasnt changed

i dont think so, raptor. im pretty sure it's the same as BF2 in that it's a 10 kill streak. as i said, i have the requirements so why dont i have the badge/ribbon?

I think you missed one tiny req for the Leion of Merit ribbon; you need to have played 120 hrs, lol. Unless you haven't slept since release, I doubt you have that.

About the squad leader award: You have to place a SLSB down, and the number is the amount of times one of your squad members has spawned on the beacon. (tip: for best results, get a full squad and place the beacon on the enemy titan)

I was wondering the same.

I have a 19 kill streak. However the ribbon shows less than that.

Originally, the ribbon progress showed I had 3/10 Kill streak. Then all of a sudden it sho3wed 4/10.

While it's very possible Raptor could be correct, another possibility is you need a 10 kill streak ON FOOT ONLY - aka NO VEHICLES.

Nvm, you guys are talking about a different ribbon, my bad. And btw, i have a 29 kill streak, but it only shows 3. I have gotten 10+ as infantry a couple of times too. I think it's what Raptor said, as for how to accomplish that, just stay in the titan guns the whole round, you can't be killed.

I went and double checked, I got one best kill streak in conquest mode and 3 best kill streaks in Titan mode, I have a 4 best kill streak going for my ribbons. I think they should change the description tough, it's very misleading.

I hate it how it still hasn't updated mi kills on ground defense, when most sites do have mi kills with the rail gun.

ok, so by " best kill streak for around 10 rounds" you mean for a total of 10 rounds i have to be the person on the server with the highest kill streak? is that what it means?

You get points for ribbons/pins/badges, not medals. ;)

I still dont get what I have to do. How am I suppose to know if I got the best kill streak?

You don't, unfortunatly. Just play your best without dying and hope for the best.

I wish medals gave points :( (not including the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place medals)
