Sergeant Major of the Army...wont let me rank up

last night i got the required points to get my next rank, which is Sergeant Major of the Army. im over 500pts over the required career points, but i figured the stat servers were running behind and that i would get the rank up the next day...
well...no such luck.lol.

do you guys know if you need certain badges or something to get the Sergeant Major of the Army rank?

I think it is just the stat server problems. I ranked up to that rank after the usual 50-500 points extra, and I don't have all that many badges.

No you do not, I am having a smilar problem.

Last night I got enough points for my "Captin Silver" but it did not give it to me until today.

It was about 12 hours.

However, I am getting my awards and everything almost instant, kinda weird.

Try playing a conquest game. Scoring a point in conquest fixed my rank up problem a while back.

Im 600 points away from sergeant major of the army, so oh ho!! But in general I am getting pins/badges as I achive them! So...

so i went on to a server and killed a guy and it finally ranked me up. even tho i tried that before and it wasnt working.

went from Sergeant major of the army up to the chief petty officer rank in about 20 minutes. it was awesome.lol
