Says that I died when I haven't

It displays in the list of people that were recently killed and shows in the lower center of my screen yet I have not been killed. I notice this bug every 15-25 min

I've had this bug too. I was also apparently teamkilling people (no names displayed, and i wasn't punished) while sitting in the top turret of our titan looking at the commander screen. I guess Sat-track puts off harmful UV rays! Anyone else have this? I checked my stats and I did have 3 more teamkills added.
