Best Kill Streak?

Does anyone know what this means? I was looking at the ribbon requirements on Total, and I saw that it says "Best Kill Streak of 10" under the Legion of Merit ribbon. However, when I look at BFHQ at this ribbon, it shows "2/10 Best Kill Streak," even though I know my kill streak is higher than that (obiously I have a higher kill streak than 2 :p )

You best kill streak is the highest number of kills you've obtained without dying. Officially, my BKS is 13. However, I did achieve a kill streak of 20 once, but 2142 crashed on me soon afterward and it was never recorded. :mad:

I assume its the number of times you had the best kill streak of the whole server for a round?

Just to clarify for Maj2004.
BKS (best kill streak) = most number of kills IAR without dying

In BFHQ under my player stats is states my best kill streak is 21.
In the ribbons award submenu my best kill streak is 5/10 for any ribbon with a BKS requirement.

There is obviously a discrepency and a bug in the stats server database is probably to blame. Hopefully EA will work it out soon.

Blows. That happens all the time to me.

Luckily, my best kill streak which happened last night was about 20 or so kills with a transport that was on the enemy Titan deck, and it didn't crash. They just kept coming out of the halls trying to kill me, and I just kept shooting, and switching between the two cannons to cover both halls. Then the titan blew up and they all rushed out at once and I just slaughtered them.

My best kill steak that wasn't cheap was 16 kills with a sniper, though I believe that game crashed :(.

I think it's kills in a row using the same weapon. My tag records say my best streak is 21 but only 5/10 toward the ribbon.

I'm preaty sure it's having the best kill streak out of all the players in the round. So if you had a kill streak of 20 and someone on the server had a kill streak of 25, the other guy would get a point towards the badge (assuming 25 was the highest kill streak of course)

That's exactly what it is. You can be in any vehicle(s), and use any gun(s).
