So, what's the consensus on unlocks not showing up?

Because mine aren't showing up...I downloaded and reinstalled the game (to fix a different issue...) and now my unlocks don't show up. They don in BFHQ, but when I go in game I have to play through an entire round until I see them. And then, when I leave and join another server, they don't show up again.

So is there some file I have to edit, some special way I have to login, or is there some very well timed kick to the computer that I have to make to get them to show up?

This problem has been happening all night. Im just not gunna play if I cant use my unlocks.

I've been using this time to test out engineer and support, but I can't do that forever. I'm hoping this is an EA problem that they'll have fixed tomorrow and not a problem on my end...

It's hard to tell, I wasn't keeping track, but I read that if you are in a game and show up as private, even though you aren't, it doesn't log your XP.

I went on a server and there were quite a few guys who said they were also having unlock problems... anyone here having them too? Maybe this is an EA problem this evening

I had it off and on last night. I would not have any unlocks and my points would be started all over only when in a round. Go back to BFHQ and it's all there. I think changing servers would fix it, but it would come back again.

sometimes when i join a server im sure its ranked but i dont have any unlocks, my bf2v status is gone, its really anoying. i have to log back in to get my real points ans stuff

I had this problem two days ago (Sat 28th Oct). Couldn't use my unlocks (but could get field unlocks earned in that session-lvl1 only) and my total points only showing up as what I earned in that round at the end (of each round).
Ditched the session- looked at BFHQ- all points and unlocks still there.
Tried joining different servers and same thing- no unlocks- points at zero again. Asked some guys on my team- same thing happening to them.
Two or three hours later it was back to normal, and all the points I'd earned had been added on.
Must be some EA master server glitch.

I actually found it kind of cool with everyone running around with vanilla weapons and gear. Gave it a different feel. Was glad when it went back to normal though!!!

There is nothing cool about any of this. They hyped a game which is crappy from the get go. I have played hard for 10 days, and expect the unlocks and doo-dads to be available......They are shameless.

Don't get me wrong, I want my unlocks back too. I figure it is just temporary and will be fixed.
I may as well make the most of the situation and enjoy playing as it is- with everyone at equally low power. It makes you realise how much you start relying on your fancy toys when they are taken away.
