Hi All,
Here's a little tip I wanted to share with you. I frequently use the titan pods for getting around the map quick to capture control points. If I see an enemy viechle on the ground or on my own titan I'll aim my pod at it and destroy it.
But yesterday I managed to take out a gunship flying over a control point. I just aimed my pod straight at it and got 2 kills :-) Somehow I still survived and lived to fight on ...

I use it to kill camping defenders on the titan. Works great they have no idea what hit them.

Works especially well when bombing the aircraft spawn points that the enemy set up on your titan.
This last Sat. we had an intense titan battle going on and some idiot kept landing aircraft on the rear deck of our titan so I kept bombin them. Idiot called my ancestry in to question so I made a point of pod bombing or if I missed, stealing his aircraft spawn points.
So he booted me from the server. Seems he was the idiot admin of the server.

Yup, I always pod-bomb those pesky transports when on titan defense. As commander I position the titan so as to give my team free reign over multiple silos with all of their pod-bombing. While I have yet to have my squad use this tactic, I always see streams of little blue dots heading out in all directions. :D
Great thread name too. ;)

I love pod bombing. :p Usually if they are in the air I survive the fireball too. :D

Woo a fellow hampshireian (if that's even a word).
---------------
I do love my pod, although I find them harder to control from APCs than the titans - well, they don't go as far =[

By the way Apostle and Sawell I'm also from Southampton, Hampshire, England. Maybe there is a connection between southeners and pod people?

Haha, quite possibly! The secret Pod People HQ is deep in the middle of Hampshire, I think ;)
I'm in Ringwood, you know it? Nice to meet a few local people on these boards :)
