The team behind the Battlefield Podcast (http://www.battlefieldpodcast.com/) site have released episode 30 of their series today. This new episode includes chatter about Battlefield 2142. Here's what they had to say:

Episode 30 is finally here and just in time for Halloween. After fighting some ghosts in our hardware, we are proud to bring you one of our most exciting, interesting, controversial, and scary episodes ever! Once again there has been a ton of Battlefield 2142 news, now twelve plus days into its life. However, before we get to that, we bring you updates on your favorite mods, check in with Battlefield Podcast Field Reporter Poco Loco as he embarks on a strange mission with an even stranger outcome, and get another Tip of the Week from our very own Bruce Hung who after having been moved to Battlefield 2142 by "those evil guys from DICE" is really starting to feel at home there.

Back to Battlefield 2142 and after having played it for another week, some rather nasty problems have raised their heads. We go through them and give you an update on our opinions as well as share with you some of our listeners' choice words. EA has posted a Community Update to address some of these issues and we also take you through the gamut of BF2142 reviews and highlight the new Xfire skin, Localization files, and high-profile "War of the Titans" tournament. Got ghosts in your machine, too? Pay special attention to our mention of Gamespot's Hardware guide.

As always we invite you to visit our forums to comment on this episode and others, chat with our huge listener community, check out our brand- new Broken Eggs Media Player (click on the screenshot image above), and vote for us at Podcast Alley. We also want to remind you of the benefits that Premium Subscribers receive (high resolution video, private forum, etc), not to mention that fuzzy feeling of helping your favorite podcast fight them hardware ghouls!

Be sure to check it out and post your feedback either in this thread, or in their forums (http://www.battlefieldpodcast.com/component/option,com_punbo/Itemid,45/). You can visit their site by clicking here (http://www.battlefieldpodcast.com/).

Mofoka is right, totally. There is problems that DICE/EA need to address. They know it but they aren't reasurring us that it will be fixed soon. + There is great TeamWork if VOIP is on and stuff. Great show guys.

Indeed! We frag together, we lag together! But EA did send out a small notice shortly after I submitted the post to BF Podcast voicing my opinion and I found that ironic but I still do not see much interactivity with the community after that post and we are still missing that date or time frame because it would be something I could keep in my mind as optimistic.

Instead I read the community update annoucing a lot of the stuff I already have experienced but no word of when we might be able to look forward to it being fixed. So I get on at night wrecking it up with the best of them and then someone utters those words......"he is moving the titan" and the next thing through my mind is No CTD's No CTD's come on....No CTD's and then boom, I get a whammy!
