I decided to make a guide showing how to get alot of points, real fast.

Issuing Orders
When commander always issue orders to squads. MAKE sure the orders lead to aproperiate places. NEVER make a order saying to kill a guy because hes a couple meters away idle. Ask your squads to form armor trains and to take over vital flags that have acess points to alot of the map. If so the enemy has all flags capped. Isue the move/attack command to the FURTHEST spawnpoint. The enemy expects you at the front bases. Always attack from behind were they least expect it.
Orbital Strikes And EMP Strikes.
The main baby for the commander is Orbital and EMP. Use this wisly for it takes a really long time to recharge. (way longer then bf2 arty btw.) What i like doing is when i see a enemy armour train i like to drop EMP then orbital strike at the same time. Also, if the squads are going to start knifing people EMP THE INFANTRY UNITS. It makes their hud REALLY messed up and impossible to see cloaked units.
Supply Crates.
Whenever you see the bar ready for supply crate ready use it really wisly. I also have to be really careful with it. To be really accurate with the supply crate try and thing of a circle 3 metres from the point your going to drop it and drop it in the circle. It tends to move in the wind. Always support armor trains, I dont even care if the armor is flaming or not i drop a supply crate neways. Dropping a supply crate were all the enemy is can be a really good idea if you mix it when arty.
UAV, SCAN, SPOTTING
I think UAV and spotting is the exact same. But what I like to do is simple, Use UAV after using scan then once the UAV goes out spot the people manually with the mouse. Spotting though, as many commanders know, that it can make your team really pissed off. So do it only about 5 times.

This Is the end. Please don't be mean and I hope you got some good tactics off of this. TYBYE.

simple, emp disables the vehicle so it cant move. then orbital owns it. lawl

EMP has a MUCH smaller radius as well. On the topic of requesting supplies, I have requested supplies, UAVs, etc. myself and had the order fulfilled almost instantaneously, and right on the mark. I've also heard responses of "UAV is unavailable, request denied". If there any secret to insta-granting request from squad leaders?

Too bad there is no Orbital on Titan Mode =(

Actually the titan guns can be more effective than orbital strikes.
The secret is coordinating a small team of engies to keep the guns blasting.

Just don't fire at random silos okay? That leads to TKs.

If you ask for UAV, Supplies, EMP or Orbital strike and those resources are recharging you'll get the response you quoted above. When I'm commanding and a SL asks for something and I can't give it to him I'll try to give them an idea using VOIP command channel how long it will be until the resource is available. If the SL is asking for a UAV and it isn't available I'll do some random "spots" to identify any enemy in the area.

If you're a squad leader and you use the T keybind to ask for something, the bars showing how far along stuff is should come up along the bottom. It's either there or in the Squad Map (Caps Lock).

...times i've had to shout repeatedly STOP THE GUNS when trying to cap a silo - or worse yet DEFEND one of ours in an AA or railg.... :D pretty funny stuff

Yes. And using the minimap is almost a must while using the titan-guns. I miss the 3D-map from Bf:V.:|:

I found out how to respond to requests! When a SL asks for something, a yellow icon appears showing what they want (you may need to zoom in a notch for it to appear). Once you see it, right click on it, a pop-up menu will give you the option to accept or refuse the request. This is VERY useful as when I am a squad leader I position all of my request precisely where I want them. If someone requests an EMP strike I always grant it immediately, its small radius makes timing important.
And would SL's PLEASE ask for more stuff? I am just guessing who needs it!

when u zoom in as far as you can (using the mouse wheel).. you can right click on enemy soldiers, vehicles, etc and then click "Spotted" and you can make them show up on the map for your team just like when ur on the ground and u use the Q radial.

The emp+arty combo can wipe out a walker almost instantly as well.

I try to focus the arty on large groups of infantry, but too many times I see an enemy walker tearing our team up, yet no one will spawn engineer (AT) and take him out.

Zoom in on the command map and watch how the walker moves, when you see him stop for a second (usually taking shots at spawning infantry) drop an emp right on top of his head and instantly follow it up with an arty marked right on top of his dome.

You really need to be in the map and zoomed in for this because it is important that the emp and arty land directly on top of the walker and not around it.

The emp will freeze him long enough for the full effect of the arty to take him out (the arty in 2142 is far more accurate than it was in BF 2).

True if he's on a crate or brings his shields up you may not totally destroy him, but he's going to be torn up enough for your team to finish him off.

A thing about the supply crates though, keep your walkers protected with them at all times, even if they don't ask for them.

If you see your walker making his way to a flag or choke point where he will run into infantry/other vehicles, drop a crate ahead of him so he will have protection when he gets there.
