That was me today. FF off, yeah! Now that I have my silver (which is easily attainable when you're a spambot) I'm done with it. I can't be bothered to go for gold for now - the huge hit to the KDR and SPM isn't worth it for the measly 1000 pts. But the silver was painless on a FF off server :)

If you take a hit to your kdr and spm then you're not doin it right. My highest PPM are when I get a good beacon and load up with apm, rdx, and lambert. I think the apms are cheap as hell, and when you can land practically anywhere on a map you want with a pod, it makes it cheaper, but it's still a fun change from BAUR, pkrockets, and defib. I mostly play 64man conquest city maps, which makes finding people to jump on your mines a lot easier.

IMO i think its ironic that the "explosive gallantry" badge is earned best by claymore-whoring. Shows someone in DICE has a sense of humor at least

I titan camp every titan game i play except for some when the other team sucks real bad and our shields dont go down and i am a field commisar gold. any rank for that?

Honestly I think "explosive gallantry" probably made more sense as RDX-only. To walk up under a walker or apc and throw some packs and hit the button does take a bit of gallantry. Throwing APMs in high-traffic places does not, however.
