knife and pistol?

I have noticed a lot of high ranked players play on knife and pistol servers. Does EA really ban u if u play on those servers or is it just a lie to scare people?

They don't ban. They stat's wipe you.

Usually they only wipe if you get reported with screens, fraps, etc. Then they watch you. then wipe.

Theres a good chance you will never get wiped for playing on these servers, although it is still against the ROE. Forewarned

I used to run a BF2 server with it. Never had a single person stats wiped or account locked. It's fun, t'was my server and I do whatever the hell I want on it.

its fun for sure. no doubt there. sometimes we would do k/p until the server filled up in bf2. alas, if we did that with our 2142 server, it would be taken from us, our accounts wiped and our children eaten. /no more fun times.

damn, thats a pretty bold statement from a member of the server owners lounge since its forbidden. its one thing if you do it, its another if you brag in the public forum about it. just asking for trouble from the mods.


to the op id say what top player do you see playing k&p servers? i converse with a few of the top leader board players and the last thing they would ever do is visit a pistol and knife server, why would they even have to? theres allot more points in titian mode than any k&p server so why on earth would they play a k&p server?

sounds more like you were playing on a knife and pistol server and are scared to get reset so you made up a bs story about the top players just to drag some names through mud to get an answer.

Well top 15 and two guys visited Knife and Pistol games, so before u scream like a little girl and ask for proof like you some kind of police enforcer, I just say don’t comment on known facts.:p

It’s a shame cos you have Posts: 411 but I guess have better eyesight.;)

I would not care less about Knife and Pistol servers and I don’t give a toss about the top leaderboard but I don’t like when people make it sound the Top of the Leaderboard is all rosy.

Dint EA commented if you Try just for curiosity if the exploits worked and u gain points by doing it so, you would get a wiped? Same thing must be for Knife and pistol I guess.
The moral of the story is, if you don’t want to be called a stats padder/Knife&Pistol etc…then don’t go in into this type of servers you know what’s in there.

And don’t use bull like oh well we all know about this 2 etc… last time i checked they were on the top.

Plus I’m not hating you, I am just making a point. Everyone cheats on way or another, they are no saints when it comes to online games ;)

do a search, we all know about skunk, hes the exception, he does much worse and hes being dealt with. you just named 2 guys but claimed most of the leader board, allot of them are good honest players, you named 2 bad ones. this is just another prime example of how stats ruined a game, rather than playing people are stats searching.

I never said they were not honest player what i said was loads of people make it sound they are angel/saints of some sort, and again I care about the leaderboard,most people dont (you see to many stats padders still in there) you said name top players regardless how many right?

here's the deal with k&p servers showing up on your records: the server can change to knife and pistol AFTER you play on it and it will show as k&p on your history. it was the same way on bf2...

you have no idea how many KP servers are shut down or delisted..

Hmm...i just searched for knife and pistol only. And there are only 8 of them! Tomorrow i'm gonna join a server and take a screenshot immediately, because they are all high ping.

Meh, me and a friend went into a k/p server and we ran around with Clarks owning everyone saying, 'K/P servers are against the BFROE, silly noobs' when they said stop breaking the rules.

To be honest its a game and we should all have fun with it no matter how u play as long as u arnt hacking.EA should not enforce rules about how we play but the concern should be more focused on the quality of play.I.E. fixing the bugs, errors, and protecting us from hacks, exploits.But they are worried about pistol and knife servs haha.What about the stat padders? worrie about the 14,000 best round guys not a k & p serv.my feelings on the matter.
