Which server setting?

Hey everyone, Im trying to find out which server setting switches the players to the other team at the end of every round? Im trying to find a good server that doesn't do this and I wanted to search game monitor but I don't know which setting it is that swaps teams. Thanks a bunch.

I dont really have a problem with that because you stay with the same team, you just switch your country. I know there is autobalance, but that keeps the teams even and doesnt switch them...

Yeah, but when you get in a really good squad it gets broken up. Plus I love the Krylov ;)

I want to know this too. I want to keep using the Park and the Takao, but most servers are 2 round/map and switch armies at the end of the round :(

I've checked through the server settings on Game Monitor and haven't found anything.
