Sony Vegas 7.0

So I recently got my hands on a copy of the program and am rather lost on how the hell to work it, Does anyone have any tips or perhaps a good website that has walkthroughs etc?...

perhaps i need a copy of Sony vegas for noobs

The interface of Sony Vegas is great compared to other editing programs eg. Final Cut or Adobe Premier. It's pretty much works the same way as Vegas 6.

and some tutorials around the place. Do you have a copy of the manual or perhaps the manual of Vegas 6.
