I'm having trouble understanding the teamwork scoring. I have gotten 15 teamwork pts previous for another ribbon. The other day my squad ( I wasnt the leader) had 69 pts. I have the time requirements for squad leader and member. Is there something i'm missing? Teamwork is the total of heals, repairs, resupply and so on....or is it squad bonuses for following orders?

It's everything that appears in the Teamwork points column (immediately to the left of the Kills column), heals, repairs, revives, resupplies, kill damage assists, Silo capture/defense scores, Titan attack/defend scores, squad bonus points, etc.

To get it spend the first part of the game cappin silos, each silo taken from the enemy is worth 3 teamwork points. Then drop supplies/health near the silo just in case someone shows up that needs it. When the shields go down defend like crazy, each kill is +1 teamwork point. If no one is attacking go back to cap silos. Rince and Repeat!!:D
PS uses any kit that can help, titan guns destroyed, repair them +2 teamwork points times 8 guns = 16.
Cap 10 silos = 30 points
Repair 8 guns = 16 points
Repuplly/Heal 5 guys = 5 points
----------------------------------
= 51 team work score all you need to do is kill 4 ppl on a titan! 55

Be a medic with defib, cap around flag reviving ppl (it does count as Teamwork I've tried it)

still no luck...i have had team score of 69, 78 and 98 all on ranked servers....do I have to be a squad leader?

you sure all the reqs are met in bfhq, only other thing i can think of is a minor bug that i have experienced where i couldnt get my healing badge in titan mode and had to get it in conquest, but getting 55 teamwork points in conquest is very hard tbh unless you find a 16 player sever running larger maps

I think you are confusing TEAMWORK points, and TEAM points.
Teamwork points are points earned by you that aren't kills. Healing other people, resupplying, etc. that you do for others are considered teamwork points.
Your squad having 69 points helps you none. You personally, need the 55 teamwork points. So your end of the round score (not including pins, ribbons, etc.) needs to be 55 plus the number of kills you had.

First of all, all of these major awards really require the right circumstances - some of which are out of your control, like how evenly-matched the teams are and how long the round lasts (obviously, for big-number reqmts like 55 teamwork points, the longer the round the better).
If I had my global SL time in I would have gotten this one when I got the Meritorious ribbon (40 teamwork points reqd). I ended with 59 teamwork points, and almost all of them were silo captures. It was a half-full Sushi Table Titan map where the shields on each Titan went down at roughly the same time and seemed to have roughly the same number of folks attacking and defending each (both lost the odd consoles but not the even). A buddy and I went racing around the map in a FAV the rest of the round capping silos - I think it was just us and a pair from the other team left on the ground 'cause we hardly ever saw them but they were getting silos about as often as we were.
The trick is, the first guy into the capture radius (or the driver of the vehicle that's first in) gets a full point for the neutralization of the silo and 2 points for the capture. The second guy only gets .5 for neutralization and .5 for capture (and that's only if he gets out of the vehicle when you get there). So you have to be the driver to get triple the points, but you definitely want a buddy there with you to help cap the silo faster and to watch each other's backs. Nothing's worse than capping a silo/flag by yourself watching that red bar inch down slowly, all the while wondering if someone's gonna spawn before you can neutralize it and knife you in the back.
Oh, and back fully on-topic: revives are indeed teamwork points, and they're much easier to come by than heal/resupply/repair points - one click = one point. Hold your med hub to live through an orbital strike and you can mop up the 2 or 3 of your buddies that got killed by it. If you don't like the silo capping in a FAV idea, you can get tons of revives on Titan attck if your teammates keep lemming-rushing the corridors and you're willing to risk their anger by continuously reviving them when they die in the corridor, only to get shot again by the same defenders... Not necessarily recommended, but YMMV...

Sometimes - but Titan rounds march on inexorably because the missiles are always firing, so there's a limit to how long a Titan round can be. Conquest can go on seemingly forever if the teams are matched evenly enough, especially on a 64-player map with only 20 or 30 people on it when the flags are back-and-forth. On New Year's Day I played a Camp Gib round with buddies that lasted literally 90 minutes. Long enough to finally get the Medic Silver badge, woohoo!

Did you play on a low populated server? I tried that, by capping silos with a FAV, then blew the enemy titan guns but when the shields went down, each time, it was only a matter of minutes before the game was over. :(
I also tried a near-full 48 players server and I found that the capping silos strategy didn't work very well, which left only the revive/resupply inside titan strategy. That didn't give me enough points. I never ended up above 45 pts. Any other tips? It seems so far, I wasn't lucky enough to have the chance to repair the titan guns since they were never destroyed...

Took about 10 tries on Titan mode, with 12 people, but it was a lot of rushing around in the FAV to get to Silos before other people to get the full 3. Went as Support with the advanced Ammo Hub so I could get free hits on ammo resupply points while driving past people.
The kicker was following a squad attacking the enemy Titan with the Ammo hub out, and spamming grenades down corridors for Titan attack scores to stack onto resupply points. Got 15 points just from doing that in less then two minutes.
It's all luck, though, and persistence. Sometimes the game just doesn't go your way, you don't get to silos first, and the Titan explodes within minutes of shields going down. Have to hope it turns into a meat-grinder stalemate where points abound for sitting on corridor defense, or attacking.
I did get 38 from a Cerbere Landing map as Assault with Defib, but that was dodgier then Titan, in that the points weren't as assured, and the point capturing were MUCH more heavily contested compared to Titan's lonely Silo caps.

Here's a tip for you which surely is going to help you out with team points.
With hubs (ammo or health) throw a hub near the team mate and whip out another one into your hands. Doubles the speed you regenerate their health/ammo, thus doubling your speed incurring team points.
Also run into artys in conquest, drop a hub near corpse, revive him, whip out the med pack and have points roll in. It's always preferable to revive the guy while the shells are falling because he gets hits and you get to heal him. In no time you can rack up impressive team scores. Also titan gun fixing to the max is a really good way to get the 21 points after the initial silo capping frenzy. But it takes the prequisites (even team, low player count etc.) for the round to be correct to actually make the major ribbons/bagdes.

Umm, I can't recall exactly (it's been a while) but I think it was a 32-man server that was between half-full and full. Like I said above,First of all, all of these major awards really require the right circumstances - some of which are out of your control, like how evenly-matched the teams are and how long the round lasts (obviously, for big-number reqmts like 55 teamwork points, the longer the round the better). circumstances like these are beyond your control and you just have to wait for the right time and recognize it when it gets there. It just happened on that round for me, both shields went down together (this is a big indicator that the round might last longer) and every squad but one on either team went either Titan Attack or Titan Defense, so neither team could get through the other's defense. Beware the round where the enemy titan's shields go down first, but then yours drop before your team can get into the Reactor Core - too often you'll lose to a quick enemy Recon/Support squad while your team's still hurling themselves at the enemy Titan corridors.

I got mine 1st attempt after getting the hours, my tips are
Titan Mode
Cap silos (as recon and leave APM get defense score) until titan guns are being destroyed.
Be engineer and repair titan guns also assets, ask commander not to crate the assets and you repair them 2 points each.
Titan guns - destroy them you can get 8 points from this and sometimes more.
once sheilds go down get the silos and keep capping if you have them all go ammo or medic and defend getting those helpful points.

Wrong when silo is neutralized (grey) missile countdown stops so theoreticaly if all silos are neutralized or neutral titan round can last forever. ;)

Well sure, but if you're trying to get massive teamwork points (the subject of the thread after all) then you're not going to want to pass up the 2 you get for a silo cap.
Hmm... is there a concrete strategy hidden in there why a team would want to neutralize but not cap the silos? Key word here is team - there are tons of reasons individuals might want longer rounds (= higher scores, badge reqmts. etc.) but I can't think of a reason a team would want that, aside from the situation where everyone on a team is from the same clan and they're all on teamspeak trying to get badges for each other (which just devolves to the first point of individuals wanting longer rounds).

No there is no concrete strategy thats why i said "theoreticaly" but when teams are pretty even in skill some silos change owner 20+ times in round and it takes some time after silo is neutralised to cap it making titan
round last longer. Remember sometimes fight around silo is so intense it stays neutral for 5 mins . This actualy happens when silo is range of both titans and titan gunners spam it from both sides

titan defend and titan attack points count toward team work.
Here's how I got mine
Start as eng.
- take silos, leave motion mines (+1 or +2)
- repair titan guns (+1)
- attack titan guns (default eng gun can take out the guns)(+1)
The next part helps if teams are pretty balanced and you have a lot of attackers.
- Go support, drop ammo crates(+1), kill people on the titan(+1), repeat.
The round I was on was awfully close, lots of attackers, lots of defenders needing ammo. I ended up with 71 team points and 47 kills.

Well, think what you want, but I've been running my a** off for the last 2 days, but apparently, I'm always ending up on teams that cannot work efficiently when our titan shields go down  Either they all stay aboard defending while I'm alone to try recapping the silos (all under enemy control), or everyone runs after silos with no one to defend then our titan is blown up after 2 minutes. I think my biggest problem is trying to find good servers where people focus on teamplay. Well, back for another round. I'll get that !"/$%?&*() ribbon! :D

Yeah, just keep at it man - don't so much go into a round thinking "THIS time I'm going to get 55 teamwork points if it kills me!" as much as just see how the round's playing out and try to recognize the opportunity when it presents itself - which it won't each and every round, but only sometimes. That is, don't have a plan set in stone before the round starts, but be fluid. Know what will get you teamwork points in each stage of each game and try to work in what you can while also helping your team progress to winning. As many have said, early on you can race to a couple of silos to capture them quick, then see if the Titan guns need repairing (you get teamwork points for bringing a red gun to green status whether there's someone in the seat or not), maybe kill some of the other Titan's guns (also teamwork points), maybe go as Recon to the enemy base to kill the Commander assets (also teamwork points). When the shields go down (depending on which one it is) try to recognize where the opportunities are (i.e. your team attacking vs. your team defending vs. both attacking/defending meaning silos are probably empty) and go that direction. I've been on both sides of Titan battles that just went way too quickly and that certainly sucks for these big ticket awards, but eventually you'll have one where both teams are in each other's Titan but can't get past the corridor defenses and the round lasts f-o-r-e-v-e-r (my favorite!) - that's when you pounce! Above all, have fun! If it's getting to you, load up a different map and do something completely different for a round or two (light armor + active camo + knife = fun!). Add me in-game (same name) and if I'm around I'll join you and watch your back while you get your points, then you can do the same for me when I become eligible.
DISCLAIMER: I don't have the Valorous ribbon yet (still need more SL hours) but I have had 55+ teamwork rounds before.
Oh - one more thing: if you can get away with it without dying too much, don't kill enemies, just wound them down below half their hp. Kills aren't teamwork points, but kill assists are! the PK rockets are good for that, as the splash damage typically takes 2-3 rockets to kill, so just fire 1-2 to hurt 'em without killing 'em.

Finally got it last night. Man, a guy needs to be everywhere to get it! I must admit though that it probably was my best round ever and it is indeed, VERY gratifying when you get it :D . Sure, capping silos is a must, but I virtually did everything:
- Capping silos
- left motion mines for silo defense
- destroyed enemy titan guns.
- repaired titan guns (even empty)
- resupplied teammates on both titans
- revived teammates on both titans
- titan defense bonus with a few kills
- titan attack bonus with a few kills.
However IMO, not only do the teams need to be balanced, but your own team needs to be balanced by itself as well. Our team had people on the ground (a few), several on the enemy titan and several on our titan at the same time.
And for the best part, which I found to be awesome. When I saw the ribbon appear, I just relaxed and tried to gain a few more teamwork points, so I went with support/assault wherever needed. Suddenly, I looked at both titans hull. Damn! Even though our team was at the enemy's reactor, we were losing hull fast. So I podded down and started capping silos like hell again. I don't know if we managed to blew the core or if the missiles did the job but the enemy titan started to explode and 2-3 seconds later, so did ours! Since both titans were relatively near each other when that happened, we could see both titan exploding side by side in the cutscene. It was hilarious!
As a result: Victory, as well as 70+ teamwork points. Man, was that fun! So to everyone who are working for that ribbon, it may not be easy to get, but once you succeed, you'll turn back afterwards and realize how much a great time you had during that round ;)
P.S.:Thanks everyone for all the tips in this thread!

I just got it! I have a screenshot in the Awards thread in Media.
I just capped every silo i could and i only got 14 kills! When you get the 55 teamwork points, you MUST kill a enemy! Maybe if you got a friend it's always better, you cap silos faster!
BTW: I don't think you can get 55 TW points in Conquest. It's just impossible!!

You need 55 Teamwork points in a round, not a Score of 55. And you need to do it in a round AFTER you've gotten the time requirements.
Wow, that little snippet cleared it up for me!
About getting the 55 IAR only AFTER the time req's. Ok, this makes sense now because my hours are way over. I know I made the team stuff a long time ago, now I guess I have to shoot for it again.
