getting awards already gotten

i was just playing a round and i received halo ribbon, good conduct ribbon, and recon service badge but i already had them, plus the points registered. WTF HAPPENED?

This same thing happen to a friend of mine the other day.
He got awards again and the points.
The best part for him was they were both 1000 point awards!!

Got a second Good Conduct Medal, Recon Basic, Recon Silver, Explosives Basic, and Explosives Silver in the same round before due to that rare glitch. Went from Warrant Officer Silver to 1st Lieutenant Silver in like, 5 minutes, from having already been on the cusp on WO Gold when I entered. Not that I was complaining...

Yesterday I got over 7000 points worth of free ribbons/medals :D

I don't know how much Good Conduct Ribbon has been awarded to me, expert assualt combat, etc!

Trust me, DICE are so proud of my Non- team damage attitude, that they have given me 6 good conducts.

They are so proud of my military service, i got the legion of merit 4 times.

I've stopped paying attention to my career points since about 3 weeks ago when I started to get repeat awards (probably 5k-10k worth already).
