Infantry combat medal

is this one flawed as is anyone else having trouble gettign this one or can a perosn not get it as commander. I got 2 Distinguished Combat Efficiency Pins in 2 different rounds and still didnt get my ICM, i was commanding at the time so would that have something to do with it. I also had all of the requirements before i went into the rounds.

It might be a commander issue, but really I've no real clue. Try getting a distinguished combat while not the commander.. I think I got my ICM while I was gunshipping.

I got this medal while commander, so it's not that - probably just servers being slow......

Yeah I got mine as a commander it should work. Try a different server
