Award trouble

i just been working my way up to petty officer silver. and i was 1000 or soo points away.

anyway to cut a long story short i got titan attack silver badge (500) and the meritorious Unit Service Ribbon (also 500) but i have just been on again and bf hq has upgraded my rank but my it say that i havent got the award that i clearly did get

its really P-ing me of coz i took me a while to get those:mad:

what can i do????:confused:

They are easy ribbons to get in all honesty, some people would be grateful that they could get them again and effectively double the points.

yes but thats not really the point

the fact that it is doing this worries me that it may do the same on awards that are alot harder to obtain

Trust me this has happened to many people and its the odd rare glitch that causes it, you can go collect awards and they will stay from now on.

How does that glitch happen anyway

When the EA server does not recognise you disconnecting (CTD).

When you join back, the EA server makes a duplicate of you, but ure stats are in use, so you get the recruit bug:

this is where it splits up.
One, the stuff you do from now doesnt count.
Or, they do.

The latter ends up giving you more points.

btw, dont try to ALT +f4 out, it wont work, ALt+f4 has automatic disconnect linked to it (i think, my friend found out)
