I'd like to, but honestly I just can't put the time into beta testing it that they're probably looking for. Better for me to stay out of it and let somebody else who can really jam on it get the slot, much as I'd like to play with it early and continue ranking up as I did so. =(

They require quite a lot of personal info, just wondered if anyone else has applied and found everything to be ok? I am always a little bit dubious about putting in personal info. Thanks for any advice you can give me:hmm:

If your thinking of applying, dont worry. That personal info is kept with the admins and they all take their roles very seriously.

You don't have to give your SSN, the only thing really harmful is your Telephone number. Everything else is the same as signing up in any forums

These guys are0 VERY VERY professional, the are a Tight secure company. They dont take no CRAP either!!!!

I would like to know their selection criteria. Its obviously not what their site said, as has been shown - but the players selected are the most different bunch i have seen so far.

Hate to make you look like a fool, but the nda does not prevent a tester from revealing that they are in fact a tester of the game. I have just re-read the entire thing and nowhere does it say that, or anything remotely like that.

yep i read the NDA thoroughly before becoming a tester and it doesnt state that you cant tell any1 your a tester.

If you really want to see who is beta testing just look at the leaderboard sections on the EA stats page where there are blank slots.

I was involved in the original 2142 beta and would love to help beta test this booster pack. How long after applying does it take normally to recieve an invitation. I sent a very professional message requesting beta access but have not heard back yet.

I meet all of the requirements and have beta tested quite a few other games including bf2142. If anyone is able to send me an invite please do so as I would love to help make this the best booster pack possible. dborden2@wi.rr.com
