can't register with ea link

I just got invited to be a beta tester, and saw that they asked for my ea downloader name. Thinking that EA downloader will probably be necessary for beta testing, I downloaded it and tried to set up an account. But lo and behold, I was unable to register because the image of random letters/numbers wouldn't load. Anyone else have this problem?

Happened to me, but if you own BF2142, no need to register, just use your MAIN EA account pass and name!

I am testing the beta now and Yes!! you do need EA link to get the new content. You need to contact whom ever it was that invited you to test the beta and maybe they can help you figure it out.

i sent an email 4 days ago and got no answer.... it really sucks i wouldnt even mind if it said i couldnt i just want to get an answer
