Since the last NDA thread was locked before I could ask...

How are we supposed to know what we can and can't talk about on these forums if we've never seen this NDA? Are those of us not participating in the beta still looking at a ban if we discuss what we've seen on the internet? All the staff here keeps saying "Don't discuss things under a NDA", but I've never seen this NDA you speak of.

I imagine this site is under their own sort of NDA with the beta team to keep info under wraps, and I can fully appreciate that, I just want a little clarification for those of us not in the beta who haven't signed NDA's.

If your part of the beta testing you will be under a NDA, if your not part of the beta testing team then you wont be under NDA.

If your not testing the game then you wont be under NDA and you can talk about what you know, altho if information is posted in these forums which was leaked it may get removed because it would have been leaked.

- Locked.

Yes, TotalBF2142.com does not wish to be a source for leaked information under NDA.

If you are NOT part of the beta and post specifics about the booster is under NDA, your post will still be removed. Repeated offenses will be dealt with.

It's pretty simple, really.

You can talk and speculate and have fun discussing any of the information that is readily available on EA's site. Anything specific is the intellectual property of DICE/EA and they would like to keep that property private until it is 'ready for prime time'. If info gets leaked and then things change, people will expect the retail release to be similar to what they read that was leaked...and then we get into these strange arguments.
