I am trying to get my expert explosive badge, i have about 330 kills and i have the 20 kills in one round why can't i get it?????

Are you using just APM/RDX/Motion mines, unlike someone I knew who thought nades counted?

Also the global requirements need to be satisfied before you attempt the 20 kills in a new round.
