Is the patch the actual beta of northern strike or another patch for 2142?

Someone already posted this. And yes, it is. It has the unlocks and everything, but you can only field unlock them. Don't download it, it's kinda wortheless, no servers are updating to the patch, only like 3 or 4, it's really gay.
