I've been playing Recon for a while now; right tree only thus far. I just spent some unlocks and got the stabilizer. I don't see any difference; what am I missing? Thanks for the help and the obligatory "you're such a noob" comments.

when you have that in your kit, you need to hold Shift while your in zoom, this works with the carbine as well
