so how are some of the new unlocks? i had 5 unused unlocks, i just unlocked the Voss and the extra rockets for assault. so i dont really know what to use my other 3 on. im thinking maybe the clark, the new unlock for the clark, and then maybe the mine bait grenade or the radar grenade....any suggestions?

Go for the Clark unlock, I hear it's awesome. Also look into the Mine Bait, that may come in handy.
All the new unlocks I have tried suxX.
I think the super-boot is cool, as is the super spawn beacon - I haven't tried those, as their use seems pretty obvious, but the ones I did try (pretty much everything except Recon stuff), disappointed me massively

I'm really looking forward to the Support Infantry Sonar. I hate waiting for UAV's to re-deploy. Especially when I'm attacking/defending the Titans and don't know where the bad guys are. :)

The extra Shotgun/Rocket Ammo is great, being able to fire off 4 Rockets or 4 Shotgun Shells is a big advantage.
I haven't tried the new Smoke Nade as I found the Defib + Rocket Combo much more useful.
The Boots I haven't tried yet but increased stamina recovery is always a plus.
The RDX Clark I only tried once but it seemed rather weak.

Can anyone tell me the exact difference in spawn time for the Upgraded Spawn Beacon? Regular spawn time vs. New spawn time. Also, does it change the spawn time when your squad spawns on you without a beacon deployed? or only if you deploy the beacon? thanks!

The support infantry sonar is absolutely fantastic, it's my favourite item by far. It's a shame I used all my unlocks in the belief that I would not be able to use my regular unlocks for NS items, otherwise I'd have unlocked it.

I already permenamtly unlocked the boots unlock from NS. Opinion? it totally SUCKS. I see no faster stamina boost and my play still get hurts went falling off a few inches ledge!

it lowers the time from 15 to 10 seconds, only applies when the beacon is deployed and the choice of spawn location prior to death, (so pick it as your spawn point while you're still alive or the first spawn will still be 15 seconds.) I'd been trying to get my gold squad leader badge for about 2 months and first time i used this beacon i got the badge so its ace in my books.

The Motion Mine Bait and the PK Rocket Ammo Upgrade is great.
The Radar Grenade sucks.
I couldn't get the Recon decoy working. Can friendly units (and yourself) see the decoy?
I haven't tried the rest.

I like the spawn beacon thingy that makes ur spawn time quicker, and i like the active camo extra time, i use that alot

steer away from the clark upgrade its terrible
All of them stink except for the extra SMG/AR attachment ammo.

Here's another question, when people are looking to join a squad can they tell which squad leader has the advanced beacon, in the same way you can tell if they have the otus, accipiter etc? the advanced beacon seems to unlock in more of a player ability fashion, does the little icon next to the SL in the squad screen reflect having the advanced beacon or not? thanks!

Yes i think it has the little SLB symbol with a little 10 above it.
