Best Way To Get A Best Kill Streak?

Well i myself am a Baur assault player but like many other assault players, i focus on mainly helping my team with heals and plenty of revives which doesnt always leave me much time for getting the kill streaks in.

Anyway i find myself look at 9/10 best kill streaks and i really want that last one so i can get that juicy 2000 point ribbon :D

So I Ask you the question, what is the best way to get the best kill streak OTHER than being a sniper.

Being commander also helps. I'm pretty sure I get best kill streak everytime I'm commander, just from orbital strikes or defending the back bases from back cappers on Gibralter / Cerbere. APC on Berlin or Walker on Gibralter or Cerbere are also good options. Sniping has actually not been the best way for me to get a kill streak, just because it's hard to hold a single position for a very long time unless the enemy is just that bad.

2)Best map for titan guns bets kill streak (i find Suez isnt really all that good)

Suez is best on the PAC side because of the lack of effective AA's to take out the guns. You only have to worry about engies and gunships.

Actually the most important part of this is not about getting 20 kill streaks, its about getting a higher streak than anyone else, so only play on servers with few players. Play on cerebre, or a similar map that is small, and is not sniper friendly, and only has one piece of armour. Whore it. I got most of mine using the apc on berlin.

Be an engy and whore the crap out of the walker in Gibraltar. By "whore" I exceed the usual definitions of the word. I mean camp at the walker and play with the walker, and only the walker. It works, much to the despair of everyone else on the map.

My current Killstreak ist 42. I was in the Titangun on Shuhia Taiba. Our Commander parked the Titan over those Silo where the big round Building is, you know what i mean?^^

APC on Berlin or Belgrade is by far the easiest way to go even on a full 64-player server (more people to kill). Of course, you will need a driver with half a brain though and that isn't always easy to come by.

No, as I just left the old bastards clan server on the sidi map, tital mode. I kept getting killed by {jews} jewbot who was in a wall or ceiling and killed me 5 or 6 times. I am so sick and tired of these asswipes who cheat that I am just about through with EA and there inept games. Is the cheating ever going to end........I doubt it but I hope to meet up with that bag of crap and maybe a little payback. No pictures and why report anything it just does'nt matter! You want to rank up then cheat like so many other asswipes who have helped to ruin this game.

Or the titan guns. You have virtually no death threat being in the titan. You may not get alot of kills, but you'll certainly have a good kill streak.

Well thanks guys, i took your advice and went to a belgrade only server and within one round of whoring in the apc, and a 45 kills treak later I got my legion of merit badge!

Although im still a bit hacked off because my kill streak didnt record, but the best kill streak did.

My biggest kill streak is 42, and that's from owning with my Krylov on Camp Gibraltar.

I suppose whoring the walkers in camp would do it though, or the walker on cerbere as there's only the one. Obviously you can use titan guns as well, but go for a server with less people on, less people less kill streaks

1) Vehicle whoring on maps with nearly no other armored vehicles (Tunis, Berlin, Camp G)
2) Titan cannon camping
3) Vent camping with APM+RDX
4) Practice, practice, practice. Simply play the game until you are so good that you will beat most people in a duel (preferrably with the Baur/Voss/LMG) and play infantry-based maps like Cerbère Landing in a 6-man-squad.

Now guess what most players prefer to do :rolleyes:

If you're good with it, Camp Gibralter is a good place with the Walker, as everyone's said. If you're not good with it though, the other Walker, as well as an attentive enemy Commander (EMP then artillery strike) can make pretty short work of you.

I would also recommend Verdun in Titan mode. You get to the middle flag, get to it early, and grab the Walker the moment it spawns. There are no other Walkers, only tanks that make for easy pickings, aircraft, and infantry. The enemy Commander cannot EMP and then Orbital Strike you, since Titan Mode doesn't have the Orbital Strike.

I got my best in Camp Gibralter, with a kill streak of 39 with the Walker. It wasn't an intentional run, but I saw it in our main while I was playing as Assault and grabbed it. It really is best to pick Engineer when going for big kill streaks in the thing, since having to find Supply Crates, especially in big levels like Verdun, isn't easy.

I've gotten some decent, if not grand kill streaks with the Assault kit, mostly because of the healing ability--I often slip off into some places that are good for kills and surprise hits, but leaves me pretty far from support if things go wrong or I need some help. Support with the Clark is nice, but when you get stuck cut off from your team, the only way to heal is to pick off an enemy Assault and raid his kit for the medical hub.

Do you not feel a bit vulnerable in the Rorsch? It's quite easy to outflank a gunner and get jiggy with the combat knife. Or at least, that's what I find when I try to spend time on it.

The only thing that might kill you is a sniper. I find it pretty hard for people to sneak up on you if you just listen closely a look around very so often. I love sitting in the Rorsch gun on Tunis (good against everything on that map, Walker, FAV, and infantry). With the new IDS, you should never be knifed.

In a thread with some good, and SO MANY bad advice (best kill streak hunting on 64p servers WTF??) here's one dirty and nasty trick, but it works, if you're desperate and don't care for making new friends LOL

Join a knife and pistol server, jump into walker or APC or simply take Baur and quickly kill 8-10 people in a row (throw nades into their monkey-jumping knife melee + shoot them)

Then disconnect. DON'T wait for them to vote kick you (as they surely will) because if you're kicked you don't get your stats updated (I think it works that way though honestly I am not sure).

On K/P servers a modest 6 or 8-kill kill streak should be enough for you to get the "best kill streak" of the round (not even the best knifer-pistolero can survive that long)

I had a pretty good thing going on Verdun. I grabbed myself a nekomata and went and hid in the farm buildings to the east of Silo 5 out near the snowy area at the PAC side. I could hide within the walls of the farm and still peer out through a gate down into silo 5. My squad would pop in and take it, and then I would snipe my way to a distinguished combat pin by spamming shells in when the enemy came to get it back. I took the walker out twice because it just couldn;t spot where I was firing from.

The tank was reasonably well protected from gunships, and the buildings were far enough out the way of normal routes that nobody just 'found' me, and my PDS helped to spot anyone trying to sneak up with a pilum as long as they made their way there in a jeep.

Another good place on verdun is south west of Silo 1. Before you cross the river and just at the very edge of the combat zone there is a large rock which you can back the Nek up to. This will protect you from gunships approaching from the rear and also any engineer trying the same thing. From here, you can snipe away at anyone getting close to the silo. Hitting the wall behind the silo will often get you a splash-damage kill. If you work out your range, you can even take out soldiers in the towers.

Regular repairing will keep you going for a long time as long as you are patiet and lucky. I'm a bit rubbish so I maxed at 12 kills, but a better tanker will easily beat that.

Thank you, thank you folks. You're beautiful; don't forget to tip your waitress. But seriously, get on a titan server and camp a hallway with ARs and a support buddy. If the other team is stupid (which many of them are) you can get a billion kills this way. One time I joined a server and got spawn killed four times in a row. I was super pissed, so I just spawned on my titan (I joined mid round so the shields were down) and spammed ARs down hallway one. I ended the round with those four spawnkill deaths and 30+ kills. All in about five to ten minutes. Yesterday I was on a server where my squadmates were doing the same thing in hallway one while I made sweeps of the roof and the vents/cargo bay. I wasn't doing that well (the lag on the roof was terrible), but my squadmates were having a great time.

Hunting transports/gunships with the gunship is nice. And when there is no air transports around go hunt ground vehicles.

i had an awesome round today in the gunship, i spawned and instantly got in the gunship about half way through the round where i managed to get a kill streak of 28 - 0 until when i crashed i typed in "****" and got banned :/

Place one RDX on their FAV, let people get in, more kills for you, sniping people, more kills. But make sure you're the only one in there, if your whole EU team is assaulting their uncap base then they'll take your kills. Also effective is the A12 covering on spawn point but you lose the RDX power...
