ns pre-paid code trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey all. got northern strike through the post this morning and im having trouble. i enter the code in the pre-paid area and select continue but im constantly getting a message saying you will be re-directed to game store after five seconds!!! anyone know how to solve this.
