Points/Pins/Awards not given?

I haven't updated all weekend. Finally got my Titan Destruction gold and it hasn't shown up yet.

I'm assuming the stats server is borked.

Not only that, but I haven't even had unlocks on any servers today... Just realized how lame it is to play recon and have no RDX....

lol i never use rdx as i never find a useful moment for it. Though if anybody stapads its a godsend!!:laugh: :laugh:

playing without rdx isnt lame whatsoever. Depends on what your goals are for the round also

Well, i agree.. but I NEED unlocks to play recon. It just so happened that everyone was vehicle whoring that round, which usually calls for RDX/Camo/Lambert; but even to snipe, I can't stand sniping without being able to zoom in... it's just so annoying, i guess I've just gotten too used to it.

Also, I can't stand the LMG's on support. I've always loved the clark, specifically for the urban maps, and just recently, I've been using the HMG, and I had a hell of a hot round with one (which wasn't even recorded thanks to the recent stat server problems). I can't play support without unlocks.

Engineer is nothing to me unless it has the Pilum, and the clip extension helps tremendously against infantry.

Finally, I see no point in playing as assault if you don't have a defib, or at least the shotgun attachment.

Also, NO GRENADES!!! It's amazing how you don't even notice they're gone until you actually try to switch to them...

Same goes with the sprint function..

To sum it up: BF2142 is completely different without unlocks. Unlocks really make the game a hell of a lot funner. Anyone else having these same problems (not having unlocks when they join a game?)

And yes, these are all ranked servers, unless my server browser is messed up.

i see your point in using rdx if people are vehicle whoring lol. I tend to use the pilum to take em out with motion mines :-).

you are getting a private bug from time to time. Happens to most people buddy. Dont worry its just a hick up but doesnt affect your stats,although sometimes it reissues you with awards you already have lol.

Well, hopefully they'll get it fixed today. At least be content in knowing that your stats are still submitted and recorded. The awards just aren't being displayed. So we really aren't 'losing' anything at least.

yeah true matey im happy about that. Ive knifed loadsa people past few days so im expecting my tags to appear in thre leaderboards and my knife kills to move up a fair bit although my deaths will go up by 4 lol. (slacking lately)

I just played a bit this morning, and the points I earned aren't even showing up yet. I'm sure they will...but they are just really slow.

Normal weekend logjam... actually, stats haven't been a problem for a awhile. I seem to be adding a few points from Thursday or Friday, but the weekend points haven't shown up. I don't need them, but I have a bunch of friends that were waiting on ranks that didn't happen. By the time they update, maybe they will have ranked up a few time. The bummer is for those who achieved awards for badges or ribbons but couldn't earn them because the stats update for the pre-reqs were behind.

Yeah this problem has happened to me a few times now. It happened for almost 2 weeks prior to that all-unlocks weekend they had, and I never did get any of the stats or awards during that time, only the points. I should have many more infiltrator pins than I do... ;)

How are you so sure they are recored correctly if the entire server is being slow? maybe it misses things rofl. I hope not. Well anyway if its a solid truth that everything and anything you get is recorded properly and that its just a matter of time im happy.

I have the same problem as well, actually my career points have been updating, although I did lose about 300 points from all day Saturday's play. I sent EA a "contact us" and they basically copied and pasted their FAQs from the support area, I replied and said no I already did this stuff, we'll see what they send back.
