for the past week or so only a few servers are showing up when I do an update list. I just did it with only "ranked" and "punkbuster" checked and got only 36 servers showing. Any help is appreciated. I have loaded all the patches.

same happend to me, i only had 11 servers.
i found that if i tryed to join a full server and i got the error "server full" it then gave me the full list again, i did this a few times and the problem
sorted itself out

Try logging out then back in. I usually get low server counts when there is a problem in the speed of my internet. When I restart my router it usually helps...

I've had that problem a few times. Usually I saw something like 70 servers on the quick search. When I switched to the advanced one (whatever its called) 200+ showed up.
Probably a bug: restart, refresh, re-login. *shrugs*

I used to have that problem a lot. I'd have to restart one or both after a while especially after playing big games (maybe just my imagination).
Later I had problems with the firmware, ended having to reinstall it, etc. That doesn't really pertain to you, but w/e. I'm tired. :p

we have 7 PCs here in my house for me and my 2 sons. 4 are on a wireless setup and 3 are not. Sometimes the whole setup seems to get constipated, for want of a better work. My youngest son likes to download 10 or so things on BitTorrent at a time also, and that doesn't help...lol
Since I wasn't having problems with anything but BF2142, it didn't occur to me to clear the router.
