Rank Bug

I currently have 24000pts but I still didnt get my rank or unlocks. The current rank im holding is a 2nd lieutenant gold. Which my next goal was 18000, I played a game today and got some pts, but still didnt get my promotion, whats going on?

PS. I had a silver badge problem before if u checked out the Bug Reports forum

Its it really a bug or just your stats taking a long time to update like everyone else?
