it only slows down your pc when its recording video, for obvious reasons

Fraps will bog your computer down, depending on your system. You can get the trial of fraps which lets you record 30 seconds of footage. If it lags, just turn down your graphics more, especially your resolution.

I only use Fraps to screenshot the tags i get or whatever since recording laggs my computer and I'm still using the lowest resolution.:hmm:

or you can also just download a cracked version from bittorrent but anyway i film on 29.97 frames and my settings are medium but my screen reso is 1024x... and i only lagg when i press it for a sec and then it goes fast
