htat's insanly cool although how awesome would ti be if they gave it a fluffy skin to make it actually look like a giant teddy bear i mean that would scare the **** out of the enemy if all of a sudden a hoard of 6 foot teddy bears storm the battlefield? But if anything that is what battlefield 2142 is missing, where over a hundred years in the future and robotics doesn't play a big part

is the us army is using the teddy bear to try to bring in more troops with the bear's "cutness"

Finally, the power of the teddy bear industry meets the military machine of the United States.

A match made in heaven.

...hundred years in the future and robotics doesn't play a big part... Sentry gun, OTUS, Acipter... but not a big a part you're right. We need more robot teady bears.

the war continues as the pac and eu has no choice but to join forces and defeat the robotic bear madness that has turn against their creators and has overwhelm both armys!

a new mod?

like you get 50 people in the pac/eu vs the AI controlled robot bears who are 2 times stonger and smarter them us!

if you guys got watch avp, there was a scene of the aliens push the predators back to the top of the pyramid thing

we will be standing on top of the pyramid and there is a time limit of 10mins to defend ourselves from the bears till the transport comes and save us!

Here's another link

From the pic it looks like it can transform into a vehicle type thing as well.

Thing is these are designed to get wounded soldiers from places it's too risky for a human to go e.g. enemy still around. What's to stop the enemy from simply shooting the robot?

Okay it's preferable to lose a robot than a human life, but that doesn't help the poor sod who needs rescuing!

This is just awsome! Maybe they will have a brown one for desert combat, so it looks more like a real bear (with wheels, lol).

I always thought there should be a remote control for engineers, so we could use the walker from a 3rd person view, like a giant robot. Cars can be used remotelly today, so why not walkers in the future. :P
