I've been getting kicked and banned quite a lot lately when the admins on the other team aren't doing well. This really sucks because they are some of my regular haunts and I've made it a point to know folks on the server(s) and help get them populated, etc. The kicks I can understand; being frustrated by another player can really get the better of you every so often. It's the Ban where I can't return that is troubling.
I can understand needing the ability to remove some players from the game, but this is really starting to get annoying. IMO it seems like there are fewer server config choices available unless you're willing to go with a laggy connection: that's why I particularly like those servers = solid connection with no lag (could be why I keep killing the admins, too). And, I'm not talking about TKing... (Here's my stats: EA Stats Page (http://battlefield.ea.com/battlefield/bf2142/PlayerSummary.aspx?Lang=&PID=88609206) )
I understand that I can "go find other servers" and "don't play on those". I hear you, but I was just wondering that if to be ranked they had to demonstrate that they were really offering the game to the public, or just to those they know they can defeat in a lopsided fight? [okay, loaded question, but not too far from the truth]
Is there any kind of review process? Do I just "suck it up, because that's the way it is?"
