View Full Version : Heard you can get rid of HUD when getting in vehicles?

Is there such an option in 2142 as I can't find it?

There is a command you can type into the console to turn the HUD on/off:

"renderer.drawHud 0" = turns off
"renderer.drawHud 1" = on

Do not use quotation marks

Just a question as to why you would want to do that? Is it for movie purposes or something? Because the HUD helps you aim and what not.

yeah... if its for movie purposes you could just run battle recorder, right?

yeah BR would work, but you are limited to 3rd person view only. I like to have 1st and 3rd person view to make movies so you need some other source for recording.
