You can use FRAPS to record whatever you see in battlerecorder or you can use battledirector to go into battlerecorder and record.

And how do you compress it to look that nice? Usually my fraps files are like 15gbs, then I compress them to about ~70mbs, but the quality is 10x worse and the file size is 3x bigger. Any idea why this is?
