:)Hey all ive read alot of bad things here about exploits and hacks and cheap kills. But on the positive side i love this game you can virtually do anything, so much more to do than bf2 nilla or special forces. A side from the other issues how can you not love this game. Ive played joint operations for years bf2 and special forces and this game is so much more rewarding. The team play here seems better, the game play smoother and gotta love that buddy list. Theres some real honest excellent players here that really want their team to win more than just working towards badges etc, that also makes it fun. Just thought id try a positive post for a change. Spam away and good hunting to all enjoy, its just a game. peace.

Yes, it is easy to get a bad impression of a game from reading its forums.

Thx guys!!! when i played the demo i hated it and swore i wouldnt bye it. then a buddy in my clad talked me into it and wow i finally found a widely diverse game with so much to do. Defend titan attack titan take over silos. If youre getting beat down cause ya have a bad team go into defense if your owning on the ground help your team etc etc. Tactics galore ,team work makes this game worth playing, ive found more team work in this game and more desent people than most games ive played for the most part every game will have cheaters and glitchers etc, but heres a thought esc button and go somewhere else lol. Anyways thx for the positive words and hope to see ya in game.

Oh yeah I totally feel this. I curse out EA every time I have to reset my PC because I've got the blackscreen, or when I can't connect to the server, but I still keep coming back. This is the most fun I've had since DC.

Well said! With all the negative posts people put up the innocent bystander would think that the game is bugged so much that it isnt fun to play. To date BF is still THE most entertaining piece of software that I've come across. WoW comes real close but it's way too dangerously addictive. With BF you can pop yourself in and out easily.

I have not touched MC since then! Love this game. Feel free to stop by the ^PoW^ server for some good gaming. Just be prepared to have your tags taken! :nod:

yup, I love it, I played BF2 for a bit and 2142 a lot better, air power isn't overpowered and everything seems really balanced.

So much of it is about what kind of servers you choose to play on, I've found.

If you want to find pond scum, then it's a good idea to look in a pond. If you want to find the trash of this game, go to K/P (knife and pistol only, for clarity), or to a lesser extent FF off servers, where teamplay is strictly forbidden and the winner is the one with the most efficient RDX macro or the best 3rd party hacks. There is zero class diversity, zero teamwork, and (in my opinion) zero fun.

Similarly, if you want to find the good teamplay and fun experience that the OP describes, it's best to look for static dedicated servers with a variety of maps and gametypes run by reputable clans with active and present administrators. Put these servers on your favorites, and show your appreciation for the server they run by frequenting it more often. Patronage is the best form of support - servers that have people on them get renewed and continue to operate.

If you frequently play in a trash pile, do not act surprised and shocked if you find numerous pieces of trash in your midst.

Agreed. The game and the people playing it, an absolut BLAST !
I dig everything about Battlefield 2142. (less the slightly addictiveness of it.) And some of you fawkers are funny as hell.

As-far-as the negitivity.
Anyone who deals with customers or the genneral public will soon come to the realization that;
If you piss-off one person, out of 100, you won't hear a thing from 99 of 'em.

I honestly hope the DICE team understands that.
