Tired of reading about unfair servers...

I've been seeing a few threads about "servers you should avoid", so I thought I'd give a shout out to my favorite server. It's called TITAN RAPE (I know the name is a bit harsh) and its clan members (Negative Approach -NA-) seem like pretty cool people. It's friendly fire ON and actually lets you move the Titans! I've played there a ton of times and have never had any problems whatsoever. I've even repeatedly smoked the crap out of their admins and they were good sports about it; they even invited me to their clan.

Perhaps it's just a coincidence, but this is the only server that has NEVER pissed me off.

every Australian clan server i have played on in the last 3 months has been good so play on Aussie servers

I've played on that server too, also never had a bad time (unless you count losing the rounds, of course).

I'm not one to be overly politic, but I do kind of wish they'd change the name. Won't stop me from playing, though. Good server, name issues not withstanding.

I just meant that for some reason I've always had a good time on this particular server. Sure, I've come across a few servers that were "unfair", but either you misread what I said or I didn't explain myself properly. Sorry for the confusion.

I guess I shouldn't have said "the only server that has never pissed me off". It's just the only one that I can recall not pissing me off. :)

A seperate forum would be good. Even better would be if people would handle their business with whatever clan/community they are slandering on that clan/community's forums. Very rarely do people post the full series of events about what happened leading up to a ban or kick, but instead they leave out any details that make them look anything less than perfect.

I've witnessed this before in our community's ban complaint forum and I'm sure it happens with many of the incidences here as well. Usually server and chat logs can be provided to set the record straight, but not every single server in the world has members here so many of them never get to defend themselves against the accusations people level at them here. Most people don't have screenshots for proof but I'm sure people still believe them anyways.

There are bad admins and I've run into them as well, but I handle things on their forums or I move on and forget about it. Just my $0.02.

I play on a couple of French Servers run by the [FSF] clan. These are very well run, plus when someone is bitching its all in French so i dont understand a word. You get a mix of excellent players and some beginners. I am 99% of the time on these.

The admins do a really good job in keeping it fair and clean..

Haha, I don't blame you for agreeing. I'm sick of people complaining about the server too, especially TG. Just cause the person walked into the place at the wrong time doesn't mean the entire server sucks.

Anyway, let me be the one person to say that TG servers are awesome. Once in a while some immature idiot drops by but that just requires a PM to the admin not a complain to the entire world to avoid the server.

If you read the OP, there is nothing whiny about the tone whatsoever. He's giving a thumbs up to a good server. Unlike the numerous biased server-hate threads that pop up every day.

I'd personally prefer to hear about more "good" servers than bad ones. I could care less about someone's run in with some noob admin/player; I would like to know about servers with fair admins and low pings and cool people, etc.

I generally only play on =DiG=, [MIA], Merlincats, and sometimes Bros servers. Mainly because the lag is fair on these. I'd play on TG and Bandofbrothers servers, but I've been working on Titan awards and there's never anyone in the TG/BoB Titan servers :(

For me the best Titan server in the UK is DOW Dogs of war. They even have a server message about the Titan guns WILL be used, if you don't like it then play elsewhere. ;)

^^ Me too. :) And I've got into some great battles with the MIA folks and they are always very respectful.

I also like the Q clan's all city map server. Good people there.

Sounds like a disgruntled server admin/player if u ask me. Probably because they couldn't do something they wanted to on a server or because they got in trouble for doing something to a player on thier server.

Don't worry...the local main conquest server is kinda unfair...but I got used to it :P

One of the best sever I have played is Squadplay all the way. There is almost allways teamwork, good map rotation and good rules.

Not sure about that though...it's been lagging since I started playing in April and so far they did nothing to it. :(
