My friend has the 8800Gts 640mb overclocked (575mhz) and when we put it on all high and no aa with xp it runs like ****...why the hell would a $350 graphics card run like shiiiiii. His other specs are more than the req.

I have the 8800 GTS 320mb, runs it fine at 30 FPS. Is he getting lower than that?

Yeah, that's what happens when you try playing a game made for 2008/2009 with a graphics card from 2006.

We were getting about 20 fps, hes got amd duel 6000+, 2 gigs of RAM, and a msi mobo. We put it on high and it runs sort of ok when just walking and shooting a little, but if you move the mouse to fast it lags like craazy, and some textures are a little funky.

lol i have an 8600 GTS and i run it high, something medium with almost no lag... (i have an AMD dual core 2.8Ghz +5600)

His resolution is like 1600 by 12 something, big *** 22" screen. It seems weird to me cause I can almost run my setting at the same as his and i have the 8600gt.
