How do you playback a demo?

Google has failed me, so I shall resort to this forum. I can record a demo and stop no problem, but how do I go back and watch it?

Better yet, how do you fast forward if you can, and how do you rewind. ALSO, How do you eliminate the cursor when you are doing camera?

I wish I knew how to playback a demo, to make my video I had to find a recorded battle (server recorded) in the community section of the menu, in there you can download them and then play them using a free camera, to turn off the hud you can drop down the console and type renderer.drawhud 0
