Request: Race Mod (with a twist)

i heard someone talking about racing jeeps and buggys and thought of a few ideas for a race mod. i have no experience with mod making so i though i would pass on my idea incase someone likes the sound of it.

ok so heres how it is, each team starts of at the check point with buggy/jeep full of troops. 3.2.1 Go! they head down the raod to check point 1 which is marked by the colored smoke you see when in a squad on the way to the check point there is a flag ready to be caped a soldier jumps out and captures it which only takes about 2 seconds he then jumps back in the jeep and head out to the next while also covering there *** from the guy behind him

also flags that have already been captured cannot be captured by the enemy.

havnt thought of the end game scenario so heres a few:
(the flags wernt realy meant for wining but to make it more interesting although it would be required to capture as many as possible otherwise disqualification)

first team to get x ammount of flags wins.

first to get to the last check point(which would be marked a diffrent color than the other smoke check points).

last team standing.

Someone requesting a mod, that's a new one. I hate to flame, but edit your post and make the title say "Idea" instead of "Request" to make yourself not look stupid.

Wow i just saw this, in fact, this is almost like the mod we will be trying to make. One of my clan members had an idea for a racing mod, and we thought up alot of ideas for it already. When i saw the buggy;s in the game for the first time i knew that some great mods could be maked with them :)

The interstate mod had races with buggies and cars where you had to race on an actual track and take banked turns and loops over water and the first to the end of the course won. I hope there is something like that in BF2.

without a doubt, thats if ea ever pulls the finger out and gives us what we need

someone made a realy good map on call of duty united offensive, was just a map no other mods or anything needed it was all there and it had those bikes with side cars and cool track with obstacals and a watch tower where you would start the race and the wall would fall down and your off, you could snipe the racers from the watch tower :D
