Rising Conflict (http://www.risingconflicts.com/) released an exclusive render of the F22 Raptor. This beauty will claim ownership of the skies, and looks as if it will destroy anything that dares to oppose it.

For those non aircraft buffs out there, who are wondering what is the difference between the JSF and the F22, which are both featured in the game, F22 will have no vertical take off abilities, unlike the JSF, which will be able to take off from extremely short airfields, by ascending skywards like a helicopter.
Thanks to LoneWolf and GamerNode.com for the exclusive!

the model looks good but there needs to be some refining on the skin, it looks like its made out of paper honestly.

Ok, let me first start off by saying that not all f-35's have vertical takeoff. Only the f-35b(marine version) can vertically takeoff. There still is the f-35a, and f-35c which DO NOT take off vertically. Anyways that render looks excellent, i might add.

Actually Ohlem that's not entirely correct, the USMC F-35 is STOVL (Short TakeOff Vertical Landing) meaning that they can only land vertically if they've expended weapons, they're too heavy to takeoff vertically with weapons onboard.
More differences the F-35 is a multirole aircraft as opposed to the F-22 which is an air superiority fighter with it's advanced manueverability and supercruise ability.
Finally they look alike because they are both made by Lockheed Martin and they found that the Raptor design is the best for an aircraft so they cut down on some stuff to make a cheaper aircraft... Also one might add that the F-35 is not entirely American as other countries like Canada contribute to the production of the aircraft.
I agree Wezzo, skin could use touching up. Looks nice though!

Not to sound like an ***, but thats a really weak skin and model, the skin looks really bad and the canopy looks pinched and stretched upwards, its really low level for the dcx team. Sorry :/

whoops forgot to comment on the model, I love the model but the skin looks a bit... I don't know the proper word.. faded? blurred? or mavybe stretched I think. What I'm trying to say is the lines you made on the aircraft aren't sharp, they don't suggest any depth, it looks like burn marks on the aircraft rather than grooves. Hope that helps.

No, the XF-35B took off vetically, went supersonic and landed vertically at one time. You are also right that the F-35 is an attack plane also, while the F-22 is solely an air superiority fighter.

@ ACE if you read my post you would see that I'm talking about a F-35 loaded with weapons, the XF-35 didn't have thousands of pounds of hindrence. Therefore the operational status is STOVL.
@YoMo, stealth technology is blocky that's the whole point they did a great job on the model. Also... there was the test F-22 version then the production version, they have slightly different airframes:

LOL i like died reading that...
good job needs more polygons and the skins :)
I know what the plane looks like in reality, I just think it looks low-poly. But that could be the skin.

EDIT: i was wrong i looked it up, this is the correct one i dont like this plane i lke the jsf much more, and you guys do realize that you should make a animation when a missle is fire that the ports open and a missle fire like in reel life...

looks good to me. i love flyin planes so if it lifts off the ground ill be in it. any of you guys been to the movies lately and seen the commercial for stealth? it would be so cool if it did that thing where the doors open and the missle is armed and rotated and then releases. it would be way too much but its so cool looking :D
*EDIT* here for those of you who have no idea what im talking about watch the trailer. its toward the latter portion.

And for some reason they're using the YF-22 in this mod.

Model and skin leave me cold to be honest. It doesnt stand out from the crowd in any way, just kind of average.

No, this is the same model and skin as used in the other images.
I'm a bit of a max noob, so the lighting are just the standard omni lights.
But like guder said, i made a few renders, but were deemed not *****y enough lol.
But no problem, you can't please all :D
