Hello, I am a developer from BG2, You can find our forums at www.battlegroup42forum.com and our website at www.battlegroup42.com (We plan to have a makeover for it).
We are a WWII mod concentrating in gameplay (fun) before realism, while maintaining historical accuracy where each nation gets their respective equipment that they used in the war. We have released many times on the BF42, 3 times on the BFV, and have plans to release on BF2 as well (where we will concentrate). Our mod total is easily above a gig, so we are not starting out.
We need a few things however. Note that if you are interested you MUST be an expert and you must be able to provide samples of your work or be asked to make something so we can judge your skill.
In this case, dedicated means to concentrate on the given aspect of the mod, but not totally. General means just making whatever is needed.
Modellers
Dedicated Airplane Modeller
Dedicated Land Vehicle Modeller
Dedicated Player Modeller
General Modeller
Preferred if you're able to unwrap/rig your own models.
Skinners
Dedicated Vehicle Skinner
Dedicated Static Model Skinner
General Skinner
Preferred if you can unwrap, but it is not necessary at all.
Animators
People who can rig a player model to the BF2 skeleton and can get it into game
