Need some Ribbons

Hey guys, I need some Ribbons ive only got the Combat action And Airborne Ribbons. Any tips of witch is easy to get? Idk witch one to try get! ;)

Anyway, you say you only have airborne and combat action? Well, I think the easiest one s you could get next are ground defense and air defense. Ground defense is only 3 minutes in a TOW or mounted gun and you have to get five kills with it in one round. The best thing to do is camp in a TOW and wait for an enemy tank to go by, then blow it up. Do that four more times and you should get it. Air defense is also easy, it's 3 minutes in a Stinger or AA vehicle and 11 kills with it in one round. The best thing to do is get in a mobile AA and drive around killing things in the air with your AA missles. Helicopters are your best targets because they are slow and can carry lots of people.

Yea, so just get those two, then after that you might want to try the Meritorious Unit Ribbon or the Crew Service Ribbon.

The commander ribbon isnt that hard to get. Just have to make sure the server has enough tickets so you can bank the needed 28 min. Plus from what I have seen it is pretty easy to become the commander because no one wants to play it. It may take some time to get the ~50 points, but I dont think it should be too bad

I have several questions:

Offical EA servers: do they have enough tickets to last for 28 mins ?
Teamworks pts: is that my own teamworks pts or squad's combined ?
What are the teamwork pts ? The first columb from the left or the second ?

Air Defense isnt that like the IGLE and Stinger?

ribbon for ground defence is easy to get, just play operation clean sweap as a mec .

Then when the round starts take a vihicly and driveas fast as you can to the point wich is closest to the US base (on first point they most of the time try to capture, you know) there you have a ground defence misile site, just sit in it and the apc's and rubber boats will come to you for getting shot

AN EASY one : Infantry Officer Ribbon

Just accumulate an overall of only 250 teamwork points then enter a game and play for 25 mins of Squad Leader and you've got it

another one more difficult : Be Squad Member for 27 mins and have 40 teamwork points wthin one round and you got the Meritorious Unit Ribbon

i have the Combat Action, Infantry Officer, Meritorious unit, and Airborne ribbons...........i am going for the ground defense currently b/c i like tows alot....and wen u talkin about using the mobile aa to take out a chopper for the basic air defense, i thought it was only the stingers and igla's tho...not tryin to piss u off just trying to clarify

i do find that the best way to get the awards is to just play and get them when they come. i tried for days to get some and when i just played for fun and the team i ended up getting the ones i wanted.

Air Def Ribbon - you can use the 2 fixed AA missiles or the linebacker/tunguska to get your kills. you can kill anything you want too. also if you are commander and sit in one of those vehicles. you can use artillery to get the kills for you. aslong as you sit in the vehicle and get the correct amount of kills you will get the ribbon.

I can confirm this. I got mine by being commander, jumping in a Tunguska, parking up somehwere safe and then artying the enemy.

air defence ribbon is easy to get, yeah. go in the M6 Linebacker, the personel transportation vehicle(air defence version of the M2A2/3 Bradley), and shoot people. thats how i got it

The easiest way 2 get the ground ribbon is at "strike at Kandahar".
Simply play as MEC and run upp 2 the right side of the US spawn point.
Outside the wall u will find a stinger that u can blow upp the wehicels that tryes 2 get in 2 town.
10h. as a commander 10 h. as a squadleader 10h. in a squad and a nice teameffort gets u the nicest ribbon of them all.
The chopper and aviator ribbon is my next goal.
