Can BF2 automatically suggest video settings? also, pls suggest what settings to use

Hello
When i 1st installed it, i thought it said something like 'automatically configuring video settings' i got a new vid card so i want to see what it says i should use now. please make a suggestion heres my system:

XP 2400+
768MB PC2100:(
6600GT AGP 128MB

i was running it perfectly on low with an FX5200!! I'm thinking I'll run it on medium but maybe upgrade a few options to high, like resolution, view distance, AA2x, geometry. any suggestions?

have you deleted your cache folder after installation?
