How to make the AI not looking through dust and smoke?

the AI of this game is shooting through dust and smoke from far....i cannot see them but they see me....any chance to change this?

its annoying...i see only the tracers from far...its looking like they got a better vision equipment...then after a while the arty is coming exactly to my place....i think they can see you throught smoke and dust and its not a commander issue.....
