I asked this question in the server admin section and got the suggestion to ask here as well.
Does anyone know how to disable certain commander abilities? More specifically, how to disable artillery, and lengthen the UAV recharge time.
Trick: can this be done without a mod that clients would have to download? Something that could be server side only, not impeding performance or messing with PB?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
